Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Chateaugay, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 980-square-foot fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
As of May 23, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. PROJECT: New Bathhouse at Recreation Park OWNER: Town of Chateaugay Project work will consist of constructing a single story, 980 square feet wooden framed structure including plumbing and electrical work. The work is offered under a single prime contract as follows: Contract No. GC-1 General Construction The Bid Documents for this work may be examined at the following locations: Blue Mountain Engineering, 2328 NYS Route 11B, Bangor, NY 12966 Syracuse Builders Exchange, 6563 Ridings Road, Syracuse, NY 13206 NNY Builders Exchange, 22074 FABCO Road, Watertown, NY 13601 Eastern Contractors Association, Inc., 6 Airline Drive, Albany, NY 12205 Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form and amount specified in the Bid documents. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the date of Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in their best interest. Out-of-State Bidders shall obtain authority to do business in New York State or submit evidence with the Bid that it is not required. By submission of this Bid, each Bidder and each person signing on behalf of the Bidder must certify, and in the case of a joint Bid each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge and belief that each Bidder is NOT on the list created pursuant to paragraph (b) of Subdivision 3 of Section 165-a of the New York State Finance Law commonly known as the Iran Energy Sector Divestment Act of 2012. The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed, the minimum wage rates and benefits to be paid under this Contract, and the M/WBE EEO requirements. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
