Site work for a water / sewer project in McCandless, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the installation of 195 linear feet of restrained joint PVC pipe via the horizontal directional drilling method A certified check payable to the McCandless Township Sanitary Authority or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. Successful bidding bidder awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Mccandless township sanitary authority reserves the right to award or to reject any and/or all portions thereof proposals submitted, and to waive informalities in the bidding process if in the best interest of the authority.
