Removal services for ornamental plants or bushes or trees including tree and shrub removal services and lop and scatter and chaining and harrow and bullhog. Facilities sitework and maintenance including repairs and grounds maintenance and snow removal and landscaping services and equipment. Midvale City is seeking a Contractor to provide a 5-year Tree Removal Program. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for tree removal, stump grinding, sod replacement, back-fill of topsoil, debris removal, safety controls, sodding, and pest control in the City's medians, roads, right-of-way, line-of-sight maintenance and clearance, stormwater facilities and associated structures, drainage utility easements, and other City properties. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete this work. The amount of work will vary from year to year based on the needs of the City and available funding. All questions related to this Bid Package shall be submitted on U3P no later than Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
