This project involves removal and replacement of the existing air cooled chiller with a new 100-ton packaged air cooled scroll chiller, along with associated mechanical and electrical work as shown on the drawings and specified. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope, clear!ly marked on the outside with the words "MT. LEBANON PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT". the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The anticipated Com- mencement of Work is Spring 2023. The Proposals must be made to Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement. The Municipality of Mt. Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. The Municipality reserves the right to award a contract for all or any portions of the project and accompanying work listed in the proposal. The Municipality also reserves the right to add or delete portions of the work after award of the contract. The contract price for any additional work provided by the Contractor shall be determined for the unit prices within these contract documents.
