The Compact, on behalf of the Participating RFP Participants, seeks to find a qualified vendor to provide outdoor area lighting operations and maintenance. For the purpose of this RFP, outdoor area lighting is meant to include streetlights, traffic signals (including school zone signals), parking and building lights. The initial term shall be three (3) years with one (1) option to renew for a two (2) year term. Questions regarding the RFP due: April 29, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. ET Vendor selected: May 25, 2022 (estimated) Kick-off meeting: June 10, 2022 (tentative) Implementation: July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2024 with possible extension, subject to annual appropriation. A contract for more than three years will require a Town Meeting approval. Please indicate via e-mail to Margaret Downey (mdowney@capelightcompact.org) your interest in participating in the Pre-submission conference call by 12:00 p.m. ET on April 27, 2022. Additionally, any questions regarding the RFP can also be sent to the same email address. The Compact reserves the right to modify any aspect of this RFP if the change will make it more costeffective and responsive
