San Bernardino County (County) through Human Services (HS) for the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified individuals, organizations and firms, hereinafter referred to as "Proposers", "Bidders", or "Contractors," who shall, with his/her own staff of employees, provide the required custodial service at 10417 Mountain View Ave. Loma Linda, CA 92354. The County is looking for Contractors that will be able to provide quality, professional workmanship in custodial services and be able to comply with all the requirements, terms, and conditions stated in this RFP. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. An amount not to exceed $180,000 per year has been allocated for the services indicated above. Contractor shall provide the County with a fidelity bond in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), covering all losses through pilfering or theft by the Contractor, its employees, or agents. Questions should be clear and concise and include references to sections of the RFP when applicable. The deadline to submit questions is 4:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2022 The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if the County determines it is in the best interest of the County to do so. The County will notify all Proposers, in writing, if the County rejects all proposals.
