The project installs pedestrian improvements to three intersections on Foothill Blvd in Oakland. The improvements include a new rectangular rapid flashing beacon at 26th Ave, a new traffic signal and improved crosswalks at 27th Ave and a new concrete median at Belvedere St. and other work specifically shown in the project bid documents.
