Demolition and site work for a residential development in Burlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid(s) which best serves the interests of the Town. The lump sum bid for this item shall consist of all work necessary to properly raze all the structures, properly dispose of all materials, and restore the site as described below. The work to be included in the lump sum bid for house demolition shall include the following: A. Complete removal and proper disposal of all materials above the top of foundation, including the structure and contents. B. Removal of the entire foundation, which includes the walls and footings. C. Removal of the existing concrete basement floor. D. Backfilling foundation excavation with materials that are approved by the Town's building inspector E. Removal of shed, garage, and all material in the yard. F. Remove all existing private concrete driveways and sidewalks. G. Remove all shrubs, trees, and plantings. Fill in any holes or depressions with the above granular material. H. Sanitary lateral shall be sealed per Building Inspection requirements. I. Private well shall be shut off and abandoned properly.
