"Rayann Parkway Improvements - Contract 2022 - F" the Proposed Work Under This Contract Consists of the Construction of 1,100 Feet of Industrial Roadway Which Ends in a Cul-de-sac for Chestnut Commerce Park. The Work Includes a New Storm Sewer System and Sidewalk and Waterline Extension. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid surety furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety in an amount as allowed by Treasury Circular 570. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the Federal Wage rates on Public Improvements as determined by the Federal Wage and Hour Division, 866-487-9243. The estimated cost for this project is $1,085,043.42.
