The Contractor shall install the conduit at the length required without joints and terminate at the locations shown. 4. The City shall provide the rolls of conduit and handholes to the Contractor to install. Handholes may be installed by the City Staff or the Contractor (as Alternative Bid Item A) at their discretion. The interior of the installed conduits shall be free of material and capped at both ends. 6.
