The City is seeking qualified firms interested and qualified to provide Single Family Rehabilitation. The work will be done utilizing Federal Funds; therefore, Federal Provisions will need to be followed. Q And A Open 04/21/2022 06:31:00 PM Q And A Close 04/29/2022 03:30:00 AM April 21, 2022 @ 5:00 PM Requests for Clarifications from Qualified Respondents are due June 2022 Anticipated Notice to Proceed In the event a payment bond, a performance bond, or both, are required of the Contractor to be provided to the City under this Agreement before performance can commence, the terms, conditions, and amounts required in the bonds and appropriate surety information are as included in the RFB/RFP or as may be added to Attachment C, and such content is incorporated here in this Agreement by reference as if each bond's terms, conditions, and amounts were fully set out here in its entirety. The term of this contract will be for one year. The Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and mandatory requirements, provided that all responsive Statement of Qualifications failed to meet the same mandatory requirements and the failure to do so does not otherwise materially affect the procurement. This right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Procurement Officer. City reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise for new Statement of Qualifications or to proceed with the work in any manner as may be considered in the best interest of the City.
