Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining proposals for the supply, install, service and repairs of all physical assist device requirements for the Grand Erie District School Board. The equipment to be supplied, inspected, installed, serviced and repaired includes, but is not limited to, change tables both static and hydraulic, lifts both portable and permanent, slings, bikes and trikes, rollators, walkers, standing frames, activity chairs, commodes and handrails. The Successful Proponent will work with community-based professionals to trial different types of equipment, install, repair and retrofit equipment both new and previously purchased, provide an annual inspection of all electric equipment, and assist the Board in equipment asset management. It is the intent of the Board to award to one (1) Successful Proponent to perform these services for a one (1) year period. The term of the Contract may be extended by the Board for a maximum of one (1) additional one year term at the sole discretion of the Board. awarded Contractor: Motion LP Bid value not released for publication.
