Renovation of a municipal facility in Greensboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project was awarded to Callaway Site Services for 125,800 The City of Greensboro Downtown Development Authority invites proposals from General Contractors for "Limited Repairs to Festival Hall". Scope of work includes but not be limited to: Strengthening HVAC supports in attic Addition of piers and floor beams to repair / strengthen damaged floor areas, Repair of damaged retaining wall , Piping of downspouts beyond building footprint on northern side of building. All communications concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing to Ralph Boswell, P.E., Oconee Engineering, LLC. Email is the preferred method of communication to ralph@oconeeengineering,com. Only written questions submitted via email will be accepted. No response other than responses written and distributed by Oconee Engineering, LLC, will be binding upon Oconee Engineering / The City of Greensboro Downtown Development Authority. Questions concerning this solicitation must be received by 5:00 PM on April 19, 2022. Answers will be posted to the City of Greensboro website and the Georgia Procurement Registry by end of day, April 22, 2022. The City of Greensboro Downtown Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities.
