This project generally consists of paying for all equipment, materials, taxes, and shipping necessary to fUrnish and deliver one (I) complete positive displacement progressive cavity pump assembly, inclusive of but not limited to positive displacement progressive cavity pump; diesel engine; fuel tank; complete trailer assembly, with accessories and appurtenances; surface preparation and painting; and pump test; in accordance with the specifications. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder, or subcontractor, must possess a valid State of Hawai'i C-57a or C-68 Contractor's license. The bidder's attention is directed to the following: The [Iawai'i products preference pursuant to HRS lO3D-1002 is applicable for this solicitation. Persons wishing to certify and qualify a product not currently listed as a Hawai'i Product shall submit a Certification for Hawai'i Product Preference (form SPO-038) to: Department of Water Supply, Manager-Chief Engineer, 345 KekUanao'a Street, Suite 20, Hilo HI 96720. For each product, one form shall be completed and submitted (i.e. 3 products should have 3 separate forms completed).
