This project will initiate a master plan for San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) facilities that will meet long-term space needs, inform new construction needs, and develop a site plan for 201 West Sheridan Street property. Staff will solicit and contract with an architectural/engineer (A/E) firm for design, the refresh of space programming information, and pursue new construction to accommodate technical staff, field operations, administrative offices, the environmental laboratory, and employee collaboration and wellness spaces. Questions Due Date: Apr 15th 2022, 11:00 AM CDT The contract will be awarded to the Respondent(s) on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the good/services and for a fair and reasonable price. The professional fees under the contract may not exceed any maximum provided by law. The River Authority reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the River Authority, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
