The District of Sparwood is seeking qualified proponents for the purpose of bank stabilization work. This scope involves the construction of flood mitigation infrastructure. There are 3 areas planned for upgrades, 2 of them being optional pending available funds. Area #1, the Elk River Pedestrian Bridge is priority.
