At the Adjutant General's Department (ADJ), the development of each project is recognized as an integral component of the process of creating quality sites. A major role of the Adjutant General's Department is to provide for our Guard community a setting that contributes to the accomplishment of the Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) mission and enhances the quality of life for Ohio National Guard members, staff, and visitors. The Lebanon OHARNG Training Site located at 113 East Taylor Street, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, Warren County, was constructed in 1950. The Armory facility is approximately 15,873 square feet and has underwent limited renovations since its inception. Multiple building components have failed or are failing and require repairs or replacement because they have exceeded life expectancy, are constantly under repair, and are non-energy efficient. The project will require site evaluations, design and environmental assessments for construction. Scope items may include HVAC upgrades, office and common area renovations, restroom renovations, painting, new low maintenance flooring systems, new ADA concrete ramps, new energy efficient windows, doors and lighting, switch gear and electrical generator hookup. Specific scopes of work will be determined based on individual site assessments. As scope and associated costs are solidified, projects of similar types, scope, and budget may be added or removed as The Adjutant General's initiatives and funding allow.
