Lac Ste. Anne County is looking for qualified consultants, experienced with area structure plan development, public consultation and implementation to lead and perform project services, develop Area Structure Plan (ASP) for the area of Lac Ste. Anne County highlighted in Appendix D, and draft the respective Municipal Development Plan amendments to comply with the new Area Structure Plan. These lands are not currently owned by Lac Ste. Anne County. As part of this plan is looking to develop design criteria within the ASP to allow more development than the traditional four parcels per quarter section in which these landowners could utilize to affordably intensify development within the project area. Deadline for Questions April 19th, 2022, 2:00:00 PM local time Anticipated Execution of Agreement By June 1st, 2022 The term of the agreement will be in effect until the completion of the Deliverables, but not beyond June 30, 2024. The County may also reject any proposal that contains unbalanced pricing The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
