For the road overlay along multiple streets in the Town of Concrete, within Skagit County, WA. Proposed improvements include: ACP Saw-cut, Removal of Structures and Obstructions, HMA Pavement Repair, HMA Overlay, Traffic Control, Erosion Control, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. This project is being funded with local Town funds and Transportation Improvement Board funds. The total Engineer's estimate for this project is approximately $350,000. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond and payment bond both in an amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of Concrete. All bidders and subcontractors shall have a contractor's license to work in the State of Washington.
