MT. VERNON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BID NOTICE FOR CONSTRUC TION[sic] OF FIRE STATION The Mt. Vernon Fire Protection District is soliciting bids for the construction of an all-steel fire station located on Daniel Drive in Mt. Vernon. The successful bidder must show proof of liability insur- ance. The Mt. Vernon Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any and all bids The Site is a listed Historical Landmark and Specific Care Shall be taken. The Exterior of the Building Shall Always be Protected from Damages. Presently There are Several Areas Around the Building and Field Estimates are Approximately 650 +/- Square Feet. Field Verification for Work Shall be Completed Prior to the Commencement of the Project. Work Required is +/- 2 feet and up to 24 Feet off the Ground. Remove All Vegetation on Brick and in Mortar Joints. Items Such as Down Spouts and Attachments Shall be Temporarily Removed and Stored Safely Until Replaced. (If Required.)
