Plumbing Services Contract General The City of Johnson City wishes to contract for plumbing services on a per request basis and in accordance with the specifications contained in this document. This contract is for the City of Johnson City's Water and Sewer Services. Scope of work Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and supplies to complete the installation of all services. This also includes inspection of plumbing components for the purpose of diagnosing and repairing the customer's water systems past the point of sale. In addition, the Contractor may be required to provide knowledge and guidance to solve plumbing problems that occur past the water meter. All work shall be fully guaranteed. Any work performed shall be scheduled in advance and approved by the City Representative. Materials Cost for materials shall be a cost plus percentages. All materials will include documentation of the actual costs otherwise payment will not be made. Permits, Fee and Codes Contractor shall secure all necessary permits, pay all necessary fees and conform to all local, state and national electrical codes. License Contractor shall be a State Licensed Contractor and shall remain active during the length of this contract. Include a copy of Tennessee Contractor's License with submittal. Contractor Performance These specifications are not intended to be complete in every detail. Therefore, the Contractor is expected to provide all work in a professional workmanlike manner in accordance with all applicable City, State and Federal codes and regulations. The appearance of the contractor should be that it does not negatively affect the public perception of the City.
