Terminal Piping Mechanical and Civil/Structure Construction Each BID must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for Terminal Build Out Project - Terminal Piping Construction and the envelope should bear on the out- side the name of the BIDDER, its address. and its contractor's license number (if applicable). If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to Mr. Marty Reno. VP of Administration for Jefferson Railport Terminal II LLC, Port of Beaumont, Main Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701 and mailed to Mr. Marty Reynolds. VP of Administration for Jefferson Railport Terminal II LLC, at the Port of Beaumont, P.O. Drawer 2297. Beaumont, Texas 77704. TWIC Cards are required for all contractor and subcontractor employees that enter the Port of Beaumont. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining these cards and the cost of these cards shall be included in the bid price. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining training (performed by Port Authority Police) for their super visors or designated employees to be certified as TWIC escorts to accompany any non- TWIC employees, subcontractors, vendors, etc. as per 33 CFR 101. Jefferson Railport Terminal Il LLC on behalf of Owner reserves the right to reject ary or all BIDS and to waive formalities in BIDDING. In case of ambiguity or lack of cleamess in stating the price in any BID. Jefferson Railport Terminal II LLC reserves the right to conside r the most advantageous BID thereof or reject the BID.
