As of March 17, 2023, no award has been made. Current status is unsure per owner. *The previous closed solicitation is listed below for reference. The City is seeking landscape architectural, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, and architectural professional design services for hill improvements and amenities for the following areas of focus: o maintenance shop facility o adventure park o campground and bathhouse o ski lifts o power and lighting. deadline to submit questions via email to purchasing@duluthmn.gov Monday, 04/18/22 Answers to questions will be posted to the City website no later than this date. Wednesday, 04/20/22 The City reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to reject any and all proposals or to cancel the request for proposals at any time prior to the time a contract is fully executed, when it is in its best interests.
