Site work and new construction of a golf course in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 18,000-square-foot golf course; and for site work for a 18,000-square-foot golf course.
The Agency/Owner requests qualifications from firms interested in providing professional services for the project. As of July 13, 2023, an architect has been selected. Project has been approved for Phase II design and construction is set to start in Spring 2024. This project includes a new 18,000 SF (approx.) PGA Golf Mgt Academic Learning lab located at Hackler Golf Course on the campus of Coastal Carolina University for the use of the PGM program. The new facility will contain meeting rooms, workshop areas, classrooms for player development classes and academic course in the PGM program, golf labs, food service and pro shop. The existing facility at the golf course will be demolished excluding the golf cart shed, which will be refurbished. Project Location: Hackler Golf Course, 107 Citadel Drive, Conway, SC 29526 Anticipated Project cost range : $ 5.8 million to $ 6.0 Million
