Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; educational facility; educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Tempe Union High School District (TUHSD) is seeking comprehensive proposals to complete improvements to two (2) of our high school Stadiums and adjacent athletics venues, Marcos de Niza High School and Mountain Pointe High School. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and transportation for the complete removal of the existing natural grass Stadium playing surface and the installation of a new synthetic turf along with improvements to associated infrastructure, storm water management facilities, new scoreboards, and relocated track field events. At a minimum this project will include: grading, drainage, paving, site concrete, electrical, irrigation, structural, and synthetic turf. The two (2) high schools will be procured as a single project and on-site work is planned to commence in mid- May preceded by a two (2) month pre-construction and planning phase. The work is to be completed by the middle of October at both school sites, with the football playing field being completed and ready for use by early September. The purpose of the Pre-Proposal Conference is to provide information regarding the project and to address any questions and concerns regarding this RFP.
