Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 40,785-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the addition of a educational facility.

As of August 24th, 2023 this project is pending an award decision. This building is the future home of the D.M. Bowman Family Workforce Training Center. The renovation of this 42,000sf +/- facility will include all new interior walls, floors, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This front facade will also get a new storefront and metal cladding. This site parking areas will get resurfaced and new truck driving lanes will get installed. Iron work needed for raising the roof in one area of the building and for support of the front entry storefront.
