The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed and experienced contractors to supply the materials, equipment, labor and all other components for the turn-key installation of SD060 Generac Generators and TX301 Series Transfer Switches, as specified or equivalent, for Lift Station #9 and Lift Station #23, for the Water Resource Recovery Facility. The awarded Bidder shall provide project management services such as, but not limited to start-up, training of City personnel, factor load bank testing, submittal drawings, dimensional drawings, electrical drawings, product specifications, production testing, technical assistance, and operation and maintenance manuals for engine and generator. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the Total Bid Price, payable without condition to the City of Bentonville, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds after the Notice of Award has been issued. The awarded Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds at the time of signing the Contract in amounts equal to the Total Bid Price. No Pre-bid Meeting Scheduled for This Solicitation The City also reserves the right to reject any Bid received and to waive irregularities in accordance with the City's best interest.
