Bond referendum dis not pass in March of 2023, project will not be moving forward As of July 22, 2022, a designer has been selected. However, funding is pending bond approval in March of 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Urbandale is seeking qualifications and a sealed proposal from architectural firms/individuals for the planning of and to produce conceptual designs of a new Community Recreation Complex by engaging the community to determine specific amenities for the complex. This work would be used to bring this item to a bond referendum vote before the City's registered voters. In addition, the City seeks the firm's expertise to produce graphics, videos and other informational materials, and its attendance at community meetings to successfully conduct an information campaign to support the bond referendum vote.
