C. RSN 28 23 00-2, Video Surveillance Final Data:
1. Compiled time lapse photographs on DVD discs. TrueLook 1080P Robotic PTZ Camera or approved as equal with the following salient
characteristics:
1. Minimum of 1080P resolution
2. Minimum of 10 x optical zoom
3. Minimum of 60 deg. Horizontal view and 35 deg. Vertical view
4. 360 deg. Robotic rotation of camera
5. Powered by standard 110V AC The Pan / Tilt / Zoom (PTZ) camera shall provide live feed video to monitor construction
activities.
C. The PTZ camera shall take time lapse photographs for all work within the generator bore
for each day of construction. Time lapse photographs shall be taken at no less than 15
minute intervals during onsite work hours. Time lapse photographs shall be accessible
from web-based site. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
