Renovation of a medical facility in Paris, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
All bids submitted must be sealed with the name of the project, bid opening time and date, and the contractor's name, address and license number on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall have all applicable licenses to perform the work within the state of Tennessee and furnish certificates of insurance for liability and workers compensation. Henry County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of Henry County, and to reject unqualified, nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
