The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested, qualified firms (Respondent) for professional engineering services for the Revised Lead and Copper Rule Compliance Project. The selected professional engineering firm shall work in concert with SAWS staff to complete a lead service line inventory (LSL) and develop a plan to ensure compliance with the new Revised Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) of the United States (US) Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), considered the Planning Phase. Upon the completion of the LSL inventory and development of an approved plan, Consultant may be asked to provide additional services to implement the plan (Implementation Phase). No Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at this time Respondents may submit technical questions concerning the services in this RFQ in writing. Electronic inquiries by e-mail will be accepted.
