The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contract(s) with a qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply of Insulated Glass Units as outlined in the specified Requirements and Specifications Document for this Request, for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: The Award of this agreement(s) is subject to Board approval, as such award will be determined by Board committee Schedule. It is anticipated the successful Bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a One (1) year firm price period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 . If Bidder cannot quote firm prices for the contract period, Bidder must state clearly in their submission the basis on which prices are submitted. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for an additional three (3) twelve month periods. For extension terms supporting documentation must be provided by Successful Bidder to substantiate any subsequent request for pricing changes for review by the Board. The terms and conditions of the extension options would remain the same as for the initial contract period. Insulated Glass Units must be IGMAC Certified. The IGMAC Certificate and specified applicable warranty MUST be uploaded with the Bid. (Mandatory). Current WSIB certificate, Certificate of Insurance and References MUST be provided with the Bid (Mandatory).
