Renovation of a municipal facility in Lovington, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
To plan, design, construct, purchase, install, and equip a fire alarm system and security improvements at City Hall in Lovington in Lea County, to include additional renovations and any future related improvements. More Specifically: o To design and construct security entrance o To design and construct receptionist area and utility payment area o Install video camera security system o Upgrade IT infrastructure system for high-speed internet and support video camera system o Install fire alarm system for exit doors All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP shall be submitted to the Procurement Manager of the Contracting Agency in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Contracting Agency as having received the RFP. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of proposals will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect This RFP may be canceled, or any or all proposals may be rejected in whole or in part, when it is in the best interest of the Contracting Agency The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time No bids received
