Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Coralville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Overview: The project consists of replacing the existing heating and air conditioning system at the Coralville Maintenance Garage office area, including removal and disposal off site of the old system per the plans and specifications referenced in this proposal. On-site training will need to be conducted once installation is complete. We are seeking a licensed Mechanical/ HVAC Contractor. Project period: To begin upon award with completion on or before June 15, 2022 or as determined by the Project Manager. This includes punch list items and final inspection and acceptance by the Iowa DOT. The Iowa DOT is tax exempt. Please do not include tax with your bid submission.
