Project Number-14711 A California type A or B license or equivalent is required to be held by contractor. Contractor must have current registration with CA Department of Industrial Relations. The Contractor and any subcontractor(s) shall pay not less than the specified prevailing rates of wages to all workers employed by them in the execution of the contract. The District is seeking DVBE participation with this bid. The Board of Trustees of the Redlands Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids or bidding, to be sole judge as to the merit, quality and acceptability of labor and materials proposed and their compliance to the plans and specifications, if it be in the best interest of the District. THIS PROJECT SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
o GENERAL CONDITIONS.
o TEMPORARY FACILITIES.
o SITE GRADING AND COMPACTION.
o SOIL EXPORT AND/OR IMPORT.
o SITE TRENCHING, BACKFILLING, AND COMPACTION FOR STORM
DRAINAGE, SEWER, DOMESTIC WATER, AND ELECTRICAL.
o SITE PATCHING.
o ASPHALT AND/OR CONCRETE PAVING.
o SITE PAVEMENT MODIFICATIONS AS REQUIRED ALONG DESIGNATED
PATH OF TRAVEL TO COMPLY TO CODE.
o REPLACE EXISTING DIRT AND NATURAL TURF FIELD WITH SYNTHETIC
TURF TRACK AND FIELD WITH ASSOCIATED DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
o FOUR MUSCO STADIUM LIGHT POLES WITH ASSOCIATED FOOTINGS.
o ELECTRONIC SCOREBOARD WITH ASSOCIATED STRUCTURE AND
FOOTINGS.
o MINOR INTERIOR UPGRADES AND MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING MEN AND
WOMEN'S RESTROOM BUILDING 'P' AS REQUIRED TO COMPLY TO CODE.
The firm will furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install an artificial grass
field and synthetic track as indicated in the specification herein: including components and
accessories for a complete installation:
1). Demolition and removal existing grass field.
2). Dispose/repurpose old material and capping of all utilities.
3). Grading and elevations for new field and track
4). Install infrastructure features including curb, gutter, lights, walls and utilities per plans.
5). Install new slit-film monofilament field per specifications.
6). Install new synthetic track per specifications.
7). Installation of 4 Musco light poles.
8). Installation of electronic scoreboard.
9). Provide field maintenance services and trainings.
10). Installation of various electrical equipment in existing Electrical Room P104.
11). Installation of split air-conditioning unit in existing Electrical Room P104 and
condensing unit on roof of Building 'P'.
12). Provide a pre-paid ten year, insured, non-prorated turf warranty
