This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
Requirements for bids include: 1.) The cemeteries are each required to be mowed and trimmed within one week prior to the Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day holidays. 2.) A minimum of 5 mowing and trimming cycles shall be performed unless mutually agreed upon by the contractor and trustees. 3.) Bid quotes shall be priced as a complete unit for the five (5) services listed above. 4.) The trustees may request to add additional mowing and trimming cycles if the weather dictates the need.A notification by the trustees must be made at least one week prior to the requested additional service being performed. 5.) The cost for the above mentioned additional services shall be at a rate equal to the cost of one of the each mowing cycles bid as a whole. 6.) It shall be the contractor's responsibility to provide an invoice to Goshen Township as soon as possible for each service provided to be paid individually for each service. 7.) All work shall be performed in a quality professional manner. Goshen Township Trustees have the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Call (330) 364-2912 with any questions.
