Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The legacy Building Automation System serving the Maxwell AFB medical group is failing and in need of replacement. The facility has a smoke evacuation system that currently is none operational, the contractor shall restore the system to its proper operation. The government is considering a single "turn-key," performance-based project on the facility, that may include minor maintenance and system adjustments, along with small repairs encountered during equipment and component installation. The government is open and willing to consider any "outside-the-box" solutions to the aforementioned problems with proper justification. Prevailing Wages Apply.
