This project consists of demolition work, grading work, soil stabilization work, concrete work, electrical work, storm drain work, fencing work and all appurtenant work as needed for the construction of a new synthetic turf field. This Geotechnical Evaluation Report addresses the design and construction of planned renovations at Little Cypress Mauriceville High School near Orange, Texas. Our recommendations included in this report are limited strictly to the field, track, and tennis court described herein and do not extend to other aspects of these facilities or other facilities onsite. The renovations will include the design and application of a new artificial playing surface for the football field, a new track, and a new tennis court at Little Cypress Mauriceville High School. Our recommendations are based on the assumption that finished grade will be within 1 foot of existing grade at the sites. If the final grading plans differ from our assumption, please contact us to evaluate the changed condition and provide supplementary recommendations.
