The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking to contract with a qualified Traffic Signal Contractor who has the experience, expertise and necessary equipment to perform traffic signal construction work on an "as needed" basis. The contract term shall be for two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. Provide a Bid Bond in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) Provide satisfactory proof that your company will be able to furnish a 100% performance and payment bond at the execution of the contract The City reserves the right to award this project or to reject any and all proposals; whichever is in the best interest of the City.
