Site work for a clubhouse / community center in East Windsor, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
All questions shall be directed to Kevin M Settembrino, AIA, LEED AP. Bidders must supply 1 original and 2 copies of bids. Each bid must be furnished on the proposal sheets included in the Contract Documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Alison Quigley, at East Windsor Municipal Offices, 16 Lanning Boulevard, East Windsor, NJ 08520 and plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the Contract Number and Title. This contract will be awarded by the Township through a public bidding process complying with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. as well as with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et. seq. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964. During the performance of this contract the Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). all requirements of Affirmative Action N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., all requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety.
