The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of the Lower Pressure Plane Pump Station in accordance with the plans and specifications as well as various site improvements including but not limited to extensions of existing yard piping, grading, driveway, and drainage. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. An approved surety company, licensed in the State of Texas, shall issue all bonds in accordance with Texas law.
