Renovation of a municipal facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of June 21, 2022, did not receive any bids, they are not gonna pursue the project.** This project will consist of all labor and materials to replace the existing wooden ADA ramp, front entry stairs and handrails and to replace the gutters on the front of the MassWildlife Southeast District Office. For replacement of the ADA ramp, front stairs and front gutters at the MassWildlife Southeast District Office located at 195 Bournedale Road, Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts involving removal and legal disposal of existing ADA ramp, front stairs and gutters; furnishment, construction and installation of a new ADA compliant ramp, handrails, front stairs and front gutters to replace existing structures in accordance with all applicable codes/standards, including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR, and any other incidentals necessary for a completed job Project Description (brief overview): This project will consist of all labor and materials to replace the existing wooden ADA ramp, front entry stairs and handrails and to replace the gutters on the front of the MassWildlife Southeast District Office located at 195 Bournedale Rd, Buzzards Bay, MA in accordance with the Scope of Work below.
