The scope of work and main construction items include, but are not limited to the improvement of an existing bathroom to improve accessibility, removal of existing spiral staircase, related framing, electrical, plumbing, widening of entry door and replacement of all finishes. The Arc of Somerset County reserves the right to reject any and all bids where there are sound business reasons to do so. Date of public bid opening as stated in Notice to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after bids have been opened. The Arc reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, deviations, or omissions in any or all bids, and to accept such bids and make such awards as may be most advantageous to The Arc. All bids must conform to the models and directions contained in the Specifications. Bid Packets to contain plans, specifications, Fair Labor Standards. Bids must be made on the included standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications, and must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project identification and the name and address of the Bidder.
