Site work for a water / sewer project in Washington Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of installation of approximately 1,980' of 12" PVC C900 Class 235 water main, 208' of 12" PVC C900 Class 225 directionally drilled water main, 1,929' of 8" DI CL 54 water main, 123' of 8" PCV C900 Class 235 directionally drilled water main, and associated gate valves, gate wells, and hydrants along Sisson Street from north of 31 Mile Road to Chesapeake Drive, Barbara Ann Drive from Sisson Street to Van Dyke Road, and the property of Frontier Town along Van Dyke Road. Consists mainly of open cut along with driveway & pathway replacement in open cut areas, select directional drill areas, as well as water main removal or abandonment and storm sewer replacement along Barbara Ann Drive. This project must be complete prior to the roadway replacement of the Hidden Valley Subdivision (Barbara Ann Drive). That project is scheduled for 2022 construction season for a project administered by Macomb County Department of Roads. Detailed timing of road project will become available in May/June 2022.
