Furnish all labor and materials required for the bituminous mill and overlay construction for the City of Winona, Minnesota. The City of Winona will accept credit or debit card payment (Master Card & Visa only). Complete digital project documents are available at questcdn. Phone orders for specs will be taken provided a form of credit card is used. Bids must be made on the proposal forms furnished. The contractor shall furnish the owner, within ten (10) days after the contract is awarded, a bond executed by a surety company approved by the owner in the full amount of the contract and conditioned as provided by the General Statutes of this State. The bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business within the State of Minnesota and having a minimum A.M. best rating of B+. The term of the bond will be two (2) years from the date of final acceptance.
