The purpose of the project is to abate and demolish the following University of Alberta buildings in their entirety including but not limited to; foundations, structure, utilities and utility infrastructure within the building, hazardous material, finishes, accessories, roofing, connected adjacent sidewalks, and any other building component not listed above. Upon complete demolition and removal of each building, the Contractor shall backfill the void left behind by the removal of the foundations. Fill material shall be placed and compacted in controlled lifts such that 95% SPMDD compaction is achieved. The contractor shall survey all corners for each of the house and submit as part of the final package.
