Listing of Subcontractor's: If the submitted bid is $1,000,000.00 or more, Bidder must supply the Subcontractor list completed and submitted to the Owner at the same location specified for receipt of Bids at Bid time. The Bidder shall name the Subcontractor with whom the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will subcontract directly (i.e., not lower-tier Subcontractors) for performance of the work of: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing as described in RCW 18.106 and RCW 39.30.060 electrical work as described in RCW 19.28 and RCW 39.30.060 and any other categories of Work listed on the Subcontractor listing form. Any Bidder who intends to self-perform any of the categories of Work must name itself for each such category of Work. Listing of Additional Subcontractors per RCW 39.30.060 Effective June 20, 2020, withing 48 hours of Part 1 bid submittal, Prime contractors shall submit Listing of the structural steel installation subcontractor and steel (rebar) installation subcontractor. The listing of additional subcontractors shall be provided to the Bethel School District. Project location: 18020 B Street East, Spanaway, Washington 98387 and 176th E and A Street South Bids shall be sealed and labeled in an opaque envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed to the Owner, and lower left corner of the envelope marked: "Challenger High School Off Site Improvements. Label as follows: To: Bethel School District No. 403 Attention: Sara Coccia From: (insert bidding entities name) (Mark lower left corner of the envelope) "Challenger High School Offsite Improvements" A tabulation of the Base Bids and Alternate Bids will be made available to Bidders, upon request. DOCUMENTS Bidders' attention is called to State of Washington statutes, regulations and rules pertaining to, but not limited to the following for public work projects: non-discrimination in employment and facilities'; rates of payment for prevailing wage and fringe benefits to workers; apprenticeship utilizations, forms of bids; bonds' contracts, certificates' restrictions of lien, taxes and retainage; and barrier-free facilities for the accessibility requirements. Plan Holder Registration information will be developed and maintained by ARC including address, fax and phone numbers, and email address. ARC office locations include Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and Portland. Bidding documents will be available for examination during the bidding period at selected plan centers. Questions concerning ordering plans and specifications should be directed to the Bid Services / PlanWell Department at (800) 337-8103, or by sending an email to tacoma.bidservices@e-arc.com, or faxing a request to (253) 272-4064.
