Renovation of a stadium in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The work includes but is not limited to the following: furnishing and installing a complete, new sound reinforcement/public address system to serve the home team bleachers, visiting team bleachers and other designated sections of the stadium.. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance and Payment Bond must be furnished by the successful Bidder prior to execution of the contract. Selinsgrove Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or bidding irregularities, to delete or reduce any bid item, and to award the contract as may be deemed to be in their best interest. No Bidder may withdraw his or her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this contract is subject to all applicable provisions of the State Prevailing Wage Act, and the bid shall be prepared accordingly. The applicable wage determinations are included in the contract documents.
