The project includes 4,060 LF of 12" C-905 Class 235 water pipe, connections to existing 12", 8", and 6" water lines, installation of 5 new fire hydrants, street bores and 1 creek crossing. The Checks shall be made payable to EDM Consultants, Inc. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. Prevailing wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn within a period of 60 calendar days following opening of bids.
