The intent is to start on work immediately in spring 2022, and have all work completed prior to July 29, 2022. Time is of the essence. The overall scope of this project is: to provide on-site survey for the purpose of laying out limits of construction, which are generally an off-set distance from existing paved trails on site; to provide site safety measures to protect the public during construction work; to supply the necessary equipment to access the on-site stockpile of topsoil and distribute soil to adequate depths throughout the limits of construction; to supply and install seed to the specified density and mix type; to supply and install trees as noted in detailed drawings; to supply and install pedestrian furniture as specified; to provide one year of maintenance to ensure vigorous growth of new grass, eradication of weeds and vigorous growth of planted trees. The warranty period including Construction Completion and Final Acceptance inspections are described in the municipal standards; and all work shall be completed in accordance with the Town of Morinville's Municipal Open Space Standards, in its latest edition.
